Join the Women
At Vitality, our mission is to help women feel their best during all stages of life. We understand the toll your health can take on your life as moms, managers, wives, grandmothers, volunteers, and friends. This belief serves as the backbone of all of the work we do, which includes helping women with:
Bladder and bowel health
Prenatal and postpartum health
Visiting a physical therapist that specializes in women’s health is so personal that you should absolutely know more about who’s going to be treating you.
We think we have a pretty stellar team of experts -
we have advanced training in women’s health, have been part of the teaching faculty in higher education and at professional organizations, and have all committed our careers to helping women feel and function at their very best.
At Vitality, we have a highly specialized team of board-certified specialists in women’s health physical therapy and cardiovascular and pulmonary physical therapy that work together to address your complaints. It is unique to have a team of such specially trained therapists working together to provide the highest-level of PT care. We work one-on-one with you to address your specific concerns and help you reach your goals. We value you and treat you as a whole person, not just as another number.
The Women Behind
Jennifer and Amy met in grad school over 20 years ago and paired together as roommates while pursuing their physical therapy degrees. While they both admit that living with a stranger had its challenges, they couldn’t be more lucky to have found one another.
After decades of friendship and supporting each other as they advanced in their profession, added husbands and children-
it only made sense for them to join forces to support other women in the community they have decided to raise their families.
They have come together as business partners to create something new and different. Vitality is more than just a clinic.
It’s a space to empower women to take time to care for themselves. It's a place to educate and to support the community. It's a place to improve the quality of their lives
