Offering in-clinic and telehealth options ongoing.

Throughout the COVID-19 crisis, Vitality has maintained its status as an essential business, but we made the difficult decision to close our doors for the safety of the community in March.  We returned to in-clinic care in June as we felt confident in our ability to resume in-person care while limiting risk of exposure due to our new policies and procedures.  Now, patients will continue to have in-clinic and telehealth (virtual) appointment options ongoing.

You may notice some changes at our clinics throughout the pandemic, but one thing remains the same:

Vitality is committed to continuing to provide you with the highest level of individualized physical therapy care!

How is Vitality limiting exposure to the virus while the clinic remains open for  in-person care?

  • Pre-screening questionnaires

  • Temperature checks

  • Face masks required at all times for staff and patients

  • Only one therapist will be in the clinic at a time

  • Scheduling fewer patients

  • Clinics set up to promote social distancing

  • Enhanced and thorough cleaning procedure

  • HEPA air filtration in treatment areas

  • Adherence to CDC, IDPH, and DCHD guidelines for quarantine
