I spent over a year receiving care from the therapists at Vitality; four months during my third pregnancy
and over nine months postpartum. During pregnancy I had severe SPD and misalignment in my pelvis
which was making driving and mere walking intensely painful. The alignment and strengthening
exercises during the last half of pregnancy were my saving grace. And I fully credit the strengthening I
was able to build with their care and expertise as the only reason I was able to deliver my son without
intervention. My son’s delivery and his size were harder on my body than his two sisters had been, so when he was little less than three months old, I returned for postpartum physical therapy. I saw both Katherine and Annie for the better part of a year and always felt understood, truly heard, and that they were earnestly committed to my rehabilitation. I could not have asked for better treatment, and now I’m thrilled to report that I am fully back to triathlon training and Crossfit, and able to wear high heels again, none ofwhich seemed feasible a year ago.  Thank you, Vitality, thank you!
