I am so happy that I found Vitality 6 months ago. I had pain and bladder leakage that was severely impacting my life physically and mentally. If anyone had tried to convince me 6 months ago that I would be almost pain free and dry with no surgical intervention and no meds, I would have thought they were crazy! At 50 years old, I thought I was looking at life in adult diapers and on pain meds. Here I am now a whole new person thanks to the team at Vitality. I was terrified and/or mortified at the thought of pelvic floor therapy, to me it sounded crazy! Always having body image issues, I wasn’t sure I could go through with it. I am so glad I did. I came in the biggest doubter and I leave a happy person. The ladies here gave me my life back. I can once again do all the things I love, all the things that make me ME!
