About the Program

An 8-week series for women at any stage of life that meets you wherever you are at in your fitness journey and provides the opportunity to build strength both in body and mind. Experience specified training and support from Vitality's certified personal trainer.  This program will allow you to reset posture, restore core function and build strength in a safe and functional manner. Workout in a community of women supporting one another to improve mental and physical well-being.

Group fitness session once a week for the 8-weeks

Class size limited to 6 participants.

  • Saturdays from 8:30-9:30am

  • Elmhurst Clinic: 533 S. Division St., Unit B

  • Class size: Max 6 participants

  • Comfortable clothing and water recommended

  • Mask required

  • Social distancing observed

Covid Precautions
  • Pre-screening questionnaires

  • Temperature checks

  • Face masks required at all times for staff and clients

  • Gym set up to promote social distancing

  • Enhanced and thorough cleaning procedure

  • HEPA air filtration throughout the clinic

  • All staff are fully vaccinated

  • Adherence to CDC, IDPH, and DCHD guidelines for quarantine
