Join Sam Olson, Prenatal/Postpartum Fitness Trainer, at Vitality Women's Physical Therapy and Wellness for a free workshop that will address common pregnancy and postpartum physical changes and how exercise is used to both heal and strengthen the body. Learn about the benefits you will gain by moving through a tailored prenatal/postpartum training program, and experience firsthand the type of movement and coaching you will receive through a 30 minute mini workout. Bring those burning questions you've been carrying around, as Sam will spend the last portion of the workshop addressing any questions and concerns.
