Yoga for Motherhood: Fall Series
What’s included in the series:
  • 4-week yoga series

  • Small group lead by a yoga teacher

  • One-hour sessions focused on breath work, strength and flexibility needs of women through every age and stage of being a mom.

Cost: $100 for 4-week Yoga Series

Single class registration available if space allows.

Our Winter sessions begins on January 22nd!


  • 1st Winter session: January 22, 29 and Feb 5, 12

  • 2nd Winter session: Feb 26 and March 5, 12, 19

About the Program

Join Abby Waychoff, yoga instructor and occupational therapist, for 4 weeks of yoga to nurture your body and calm your busy mind.  Mothers from first-time-expectant to several years postpartum are welcome to join this class, with modifications and props offered to support all bodies where they are.  Through gentle movement designed to support the demands of motherhood, as well as breathwork and mindfulness, moms will leave this class feeling refreshed and centered.   


Virtual yoga is wonderful, but there's a magic to gathering in person to practice alongside fellow moms. To make this magic as safe as possible, Vitality follows careful health screening as well as masking/spacing guidelines.

Group yoga session once a week for the 4-weeks

  • Two 4-week sessions this Winter!

  • Sundays from 8:30-9:30am

  • Elmhurst Clinic: 533 S. Division St., Unit B

  • Class size: Max 8 participants

  • Comfortable clothing and water recommended

  • Mask required

  • Social distancing observed

  • No equipment required but you can bring your own mat.
